A romantic beach engagement with West Palm Beach engagement photographers, ArtPhotoSoul
He was sitting in his patrol car, completely distracted by the field notes he was trying to upload to his computer when she tapped his window.
“Aren’t you supposed to be looking out in the community so you can protect us?” she said.
He laughed, apologized and engaged the smirking resident that had interrupted her jog to reprimand him. There was something about her that had him intrigued. Sensing that he may have been keeping her, he mumbled something about keeping alert before we released her resume her workout.
He returned his attention to his field note only be disturbed 15 minutes later by an elderly resident, the line in her forehead increasing as she frantically told him about a girl who had fainted from her run.
While trying to bring his CPR training to mind he drove off in the direction of the jogger he had just met and found her on the ground, stretching and very much conscious!
Apparently the resident who had warned him of her ‘fainting” had only seen Nicole’s un-moving legs on the ground between stretches and presumed the worst. Nathan was happy to check on the lady who had intrigued him just minutes prior. He was so happy that he hugged her at the end of their conversation. From then on…he would patrol her street just to get another opportunity to see her.
We met with Nicole and Nathan on a cold day at Ross Witham Beach for their engagement session. It may seem crazy to be at the beach when the temperature is in the high 50’s with wind. We were more excited about the golden rays of the sun than the cold hug of an unusual winter in Florida. We were scheduled to meet for their session the day before. However, dark skies and intermittent rain were in the forecast so we all agreed to shoot the following day. They enjoyed an evening of wine, romance and laughter for their engagement session.
These crazy lovers decided to take a frolic in the water. They were pleasantly surprised when the ocean greeted them with warm waves!
